Every Punty Designs product is made to order, so we don't keep items sitting in a warehouse collecting dust. As soon as you hit that "add to cart" button, your item heads straight to one of our trusted print partners where it's freshly printed, packed, and shipped. Think of it as your item being made just for you, hot off the press!
We currently work with a select group of print suppliers based right here in the USA. Most orders are produced and shipped domestically for faster delivery and top-notch quality. We may expand to other countries soon, so stay tuned!
Since each piece is custom printed, production usually takes 1-3 business days, plus shipping. Be sure to review the shipping methods offered at checkout to select the fastest or most economical depending on your needs. Economy shipping ranges from 3-8 days, while standard is only 2-5 days. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on it's way, and an update when it's delivered.
Punty Designs is a print-on-demand business, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size or color, which is why we strongly encourage you check the size chart for each product prior to ordering. However, in the rare case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 20 days of product delivery.

We're all about good vibes and great prints! If your item shows up with a printing issue, damage, or incorrect design, please send us a quick message with your order number and a photo. We'll get a replacement or refund sorted faster than you can say "pun intended."
Check out the size chart on each product page because styles can vary slightly between brands. We recommend measuring your favorite tee or sweatshirt and comparing it to our chart for the best fit.
This is a feature we're actively working on and hope to have available within the next few months. In the meantime, we recommend gifting the good old fashioned way in person (when possible!) or sending your loved one a text to let them know something pun is on the way!
